so someone takes one of my photos from here, w/o even asking, and posts it on her blog.
and while she was apologetic and took it off, and yes she did credit me as the artist, apparently it was my fault because i don't have a disclaimer here on my page saying that my photos are MY PHOTOS and are not to be used w/o permission.

so in other words, everything on the internet is free for anyone to just take w/o asking?

plenty of people seem to think they can use anything they find and then resubmit it or use it somewhere because it's a picture they like. bloody annoying =|

Yeah, it sucks.

I've had a number of my images turn up on blog postings and other sites. Difficult to know what to do, especially when some of them are in foreign languages.
